Grip N’ Twist is the most innovative hand, wrist, and forearm exercise product on the market. The use is very simple, you just grip the handles and twist, much like using the stick with the string and weight. The difference is, my product has an infinite range of torque upon the rotation of the handles and has modular weights that store inside the handles.
